The Vice President, Chief Compliance Officer will take a risk-based approach to regulatory risk management by establishing and maintaining effective compliance risk management and control systems, including monitoring and reporting and by providing timely advice on relevant changes in compliance obligations.

As the Vice President and Chief Risk Officer for the organization’s North American operations, you will oversee all aspects of risk management for its Canadian and U.S. divisions. This senior leadership role requires an experienced risk professional with a strong background in corporate risk within the financial services sector.

The Executive Director will guide the CCCN in fulfilling their mission to be a vibrant organization that enhances the quality of life throughout the community. With oversight of roughly 30 staff and an annual operating budget, the Executive Director will implement strategic and operational efficiencies in programs and people, leveraging an understanding of current trends in mental health and addictions.

Reporting to the Associate Deputy Minister of CPSLRC, the Assistant Deputy Minister (ADM), ERND, is responsible for leading strategic labour relations matters related to human resources, grievance administration, OPS collective bargaining negotiations, and significant Broader Public Sector (BPS) matters, as well as providing advice to ministries on their multi-year strategic planning.

As the Manager of Human Resources, you will play a key leadership role in shaping and advancing the HR function across the organization. You will manage a team of HR professionals while overseeing HR strategy, employee relations, talent management, and organizational development across office and field-based teams.

The Vice President, Legal Services will be responsible for the strategic leadership and oversight of legal services, establishing an internal legal services team and developing an external legal services roster to support the organization’s legal needs while supporting the Board of Directors.
