Corey Daxon
President and Managing Partner
As the Owner and President of Feldman Daxon Partners, Corey possesses a unique full-cycle talent management skillset and has successfully helped leading organizations across the country to “recruit, rebrand, and retain” their top talent since 1994. Corey’s approachable style and drive allow him to grow and maintain strong and long-lasting partnerships with leaders at Canada’s top companies across various industries, including healthcare, retail, telecom, finance, government, non-profit, manufacturing, pharma, and more.
Corey is also a hands-on leader and contributor to the firm, having completed critical, high-value management and executive searches across every major industry and functional area, focusing on uncovering hidden talent and rising stars. His in-depth understanding of search strategy, attention to detail, and personable persistence led to his rise within the Canadian recruitment field. He has managed both national and local executive outplacement and career transition projects, including individual management terminations and multiple-site, large-scale terminations. His experience includes pre-termination counselling, job search and career counselling services, where he has acted as a trusted advisor to executives navigating through sensitive transitions. Corey has also worked with national clients to facilitate coaching programs using Feldman Daxon’s “Define, Assess & M.O.V.E.” methodology.
Corey holds an MBA and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Schulich School of Business at York University, where he majored in both Marketing and Organizational Behaviour. He has volunteered services to a variety of not-for-profit organizations through Feldman Daxon’s Annual Charitable search program, and he actively coaches youth sports.
Ron Meyers
Partner
Ron Meyers is a Partner with Feldman Daxon Partners. Prior to joining the firm in 1993, Ron began his successful career as a professional search consultant over 25 years ago with a Toronto-based management consulting firm. A true pioneer, he helped to design and implement one of Canada’s earliest career transition support counselling programs.
Ron’s dedicated leadership in client relationship management, business development, career transition support counselling, and executive search provides clients with supportive and responsive service. Ron and his team provide career transition support, counselling, and executive coaching to a diverse range of clients at all career levels in retail, distribution, education, healthcare, financial services, mining, manufacturing, medical, food services, communications, and not-for-profit sectors. Ron is often a hands-on contributor to the full recruitment cycle for our executive search practice, leveraging his strong network and passion for engaging individuals to recruit top talent for many of Canada’s leading organizations.
Ron is an avid squash player and scuba diver. He plays the bass drum in an alumni rudimental drum line.
Patrick Rowan
Partner
Patrick Rowan is a Partner in the Executive Search Practice at Feldman Daxon Partners. He joined the firm in 2002 and has successfully completed over 350 retained searches across Canada, with a focus on the municipal and provincial government sectors, as well as real estate, insurance, retail, and not-for-profit industries. Patrick is deeply engaged in every search he undertakes, supported by an experienced team. He is dedicated to presenting his clients with thoroughly screened, motivated, and well-qualified candidates, paying close attention to deadlines and ensuring client satisfaction.
Before joining Feldman Daxon Partners, Patrick was in business development in the technology and healthcare sectors. He began his career in sales with IBM Canada and Johnson & Johnson Medical Products. He was the Director of Recruiting for ITI Information Technology Institute, a fast-growth, national, postsecondary IT school. He also developed large corporate clients in Western Canada for EXOCOM, a cybersecurity and software development firm, based in Calgary. After joining Feldman Daxon Partners, Patrick leveraged his diverse business experience to develop an extensive portfolio of clients, successfully recruiting executives and mid-level leaders for a wide array of organizations in the private, public and not-for-profit sectors.
Patrick has an MBA from Dalhousie University and a Bachelor of Science degree with Honours from Saint Mary’s University in Halifax, Nova Scotia.
Anne Kerrigan Miller
Vice President, Strategic Accounts
Anne Kerrigan Miller is Vice President of Strategic Accounts for Feldman Daxon Partners Inc. and is responsible for ensuring Feldman Daxon customer solutions are integrated and aligned to customers’ needs.
Prior to joining Feldman Daxon Partners, Anne was Senior Vice President of Business Development and Major Account Strategy for Lee Hecht Harrison Knightsbridge Human Capital Management. Anne has held senior executive positions with The Bank of Montreal, where she led the team accountable for the overall effectiveness of the sales force in support of bank values and strategies. Prior to the Bank of Montreal, Anne was Director of Executive Development, Sales and Service Management with Xerox Canada Inc. Anne’s career with Xerox Canada began in 1978 and spanned 20 years. Her accountabilities included top talent management, succession planning and Xerox’s Performance Management Appraisal Process. Anne has strong past performance in both line operations and staff positions. She has significant sales, marketing, and organization development experience with a proven track record in building customer-first sales and service organizations focused on improving the bottom line. Anne was an eight-time winner of Xerox’s President Club, which recognized the top 10% of sales professionals. She won BMO’s President’s Award of Excellence and was a three-time winner of LHH-Knightsbridge’s Diamond Award.
Anne is a graduate of McGill University in Montreal and completed the Executive Business Program at Queen’s University. She has completed many courses throughout her career, including “Leadership Through Quality,” project management, and solutions selling. She has been a volunteer for the Canadian Institute for the Blind, the Ontario March of Dimes, and Ontario Track 3.
David Tollefson
Vice President, Client Services
David Tollefson is the Vice President, Client Services and serves as an Executive Coach with Feldman Daxon Partners. As a seasoned executive, David is best known for his level of integrity as a trusted advisor and relationship builder. His 35 years of experience in general management (as a business owner), leadership (serving as the president of an international association of human capital firms), and people-related service (as a coach, counsellor, minister, and college professor) bring experience, expertise, and credibility.
David’s passion for service and his ability to make a difference have been appreciated by countless organizations across Canada, as well as the people they employ. His primary focus is partnering with client companies to assist them in hiring key staff, as well as supporting them when they are required to exit employees. David is also actively engaged in coaching high-potentials and key contributors in the development of their leadership skills and overall business contributions.
David earned two undergraduate degrees and a master’s degree in psychology and counselling. He received his coaching training through the International Coaching Federation’s Coaches Training Institute and is a certified practitioner in the Birkman Method.
Katherine Vanderberg
Principal
Katherine is a Principal and Talent Management Practice Leader with Feldman Daxon Partners. She has over 20 years of human resources experience with expertise in career transition consulting, executive coaching, and career assessments. Her previous business experience includes progressive management positions with a global professional services firm and consultant positions in healthcare and education both in the US and Canada.
Throughout her career, Katherine has established a reputation for her market insights and career management knowledge to equip people for success through all phases of their career transition. She has a passion for assisting leaders with strategies to intelligently navigate through corporate challenges and changes resulting in greater performance levels and improved effectiveness.
Katherine received a Master of Arts in Psychology from Chicago’s Adler University and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Waterloo. She holds the Certified Management Consultant (CMC) designation and received her Associate Certified Coach (ACC) designation through the ICF-accredited Coaches Training Institute. She is a certified practitioner of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, Strong Interest Inventory, Hogan, the Leadership Effective Analysis and LEA 360, EQ-I, and the Birkman Method. She is actively involved in community service including leadership coaching with G(irls)20 and serves on the Board of Art with Impact Canada, a not-for-profit organization promoting mental health awareness to University and College students.
David Blaser
Senior Consultant
David Blaser is a Senior Consultant and Executive Coach working in the talent management and career transition practices at Feldman Daxon Partners. He has over 10 years of executive coaching and career transition success with established and emerging leaders from C-Level to senior executives and management level. His previous business experience includes leadership positions with some of the largest global consumer packaged goods and pharmaceutical companies.
As an Executive Coach, David has been a trusted ally to leaders as they navigate the complex, competitive and disruptive business landscape. He is an insightful observer, a curious listener and courageous in his pursuit of best practices for his clients. As a career transition practitioner, David has provided the full spectrum of career transition services and is sought after as a speaker and facilitator on networking, career management, and transition.
David received his Professional Certified Coach (PCC) designation from the International Coach Federation and received the ACPC, Adler Certified Professional Coach training from the Adler Graduate Professional School in Toronto. He holds an Honours Bachelor of Commerce from the Odette School of Business at the University of Windsor and a BA from Queen’s University, and is certified in the Leadership Effectiveness Analysis and LEA 360 suite of assessments.
Patricia Bortolon
Senior Consultant
Patricia Bortolon is a Senior Consultant with Feldman Daxon Partners. She proudly joined the Feldman Daxon team of consultants in 2014 after a successful history in her previous roles within HR firms across both corporate and non-profit organizations. She is a client-focused, big-picture thinker who supports internal and external clients. Patricia is passionate about connecting with HR professionals to build solutions tailored to their needs in the areas of career transition, recruitment and talent management.
With exposure to both private and public sectors, Patricia has developed in-depth knowledge of coaching and counselling methodologies that are adaptable and applicable to diverse audiences across multiple levels. She has successfully recruited great candidates and has paired them with organizations for long-term success by thoroughly understanding the needs of the client and the background of all candidates.
As a Birkman Certified practitioner, Patricia works with individuals not only to provide valuable career insight but to also support the development process. Patricia holds an honours diploma and designation in Career Work Counselling from George Brown College.
Gord Brandt
Senior Consultant
Gord Brandt is a Senior Consultant with Feldman Daxon Partners. His expertise is focused on career transition and executive coaching and brings over 25 years of experience in human resources executive leadership in a variety of industries, including retail, telecommunications, and financial services. In his most recent roles, Gord has held the position of senior vice president, head of human resources for a Canadian bank-owned investment dealer, a publicly traded financial services holding company, and a large Canadian pension plan.
Throughout his career in corporate HR, Gord has developed a skill set that includes counselling and coaching at all levels, ranging from senior-level professionals to more seasoned executives and CEOs. Gord has extensive experience working with boards of directors of both private sector companies and public sector organizations, where he provides leadership and coaching support.
Gord has a Bachelor of Applied Arts degree from Ryerson University, and he subsequently obtained his Certified Human Resources Professional (C.H.R.P.) designation. Gord has also worked on several Boards of Directors, including the board of directors of a large independent school in Toronto, having completed a two-term, six-year Head of School coaching assignment focusing on performance enhancement and effective communication skills.
Karen Hoffman
Senior Consultant
Karen Hoffman is a Senior Consultant and Executive Coach with Feldman Daxon Partners. She brings over 10 years’ experience supporting, advising, and partnering with transitioning individuals from diverse backgrounds in both the not-for-profit and private sectors. Karen applies coaching and counselling principles while collaborating with senior leaders, directors, and managers, helping individuals explore, target, and achieve personal and professional growth.
Karen facilitates highly engaging seminars and is passionate about possibilities and the development of individual potential. Backed by progressive experience in HR consulting firms, Karen has well-developed strengths in team building, talent management, workplace restoration, career planning, transition, exploration, facilitation, and assessments.
As a lifelong learner, Karen continues to develop professionally. She received her coach training through the International Coach Federation’s accredited Coaches Training Institute. Karen holds an honours diploma in Career and Work Counselling and has over 10 years of study in Psychology. She is currently completing a certificate in Adult Learning Principles and has reached Level 5 in American Sign Language studies. As an assessment enthusiast, Karen is a certified practitioner in Myers Briggs Type Indicator (Levels I & II), Strong Interest Inventory, and Personality Dimensions. She is also a member of the Career Professionals of Canada and is a certified resume strategist. Karen gives back to the community by supporting recent graduates and young professionals as they embark on their journey into a competitive workforce.
Sandy Johnson

Sandy Johnson is a Senior Consultant and Executive Coach with Feldman Daxon Partners. She brings a diverse professional background, including leadership roles in the private sector, as well as a successful entrepreneurial venture serving the advertising community. Her willingness to try new directions and take calculated professional risks provides a real-life perspective to both established and emerging leaders. Sandy is known for her highly responsive and adaptive communication style, grounded in building strong, trust-based relationships with her clients. Offering career strategy guidance, Sandy has contributed to Forbes.com and The Globe & Mail and has been featured in The Globe, Metro News and Tara Mohr’s bestselling book, Playing Big. Sandy is also a sought-after speaker and has delivered her insights about the changing landscape of career transition to the National Judicial Institute, The Chang School at Toronto Metropolitan University, and the University of Toronto, Faculty of Law.
An avid athlete and adventure seeker, Sandy has summited Mount Kilimanjaro, competed in six marathons, including the Boston Marathon, and claimed her age group award in Race the Planet’s 250km unaided race in the Sahara Desert. She applies the same zest to her coaching practice, encouraging her clients to embrace new opportunities and incorporate their special gifts into their professional lives. A proud new author, Sandy has shared her adventures and perspectives in her first book, Experience Not Required.
Sandy is a graduate of Toronto Metropolitan University, where she earned a Bachelor of Applied Arts (B.A.A.) in Radio and Television Arts. Leslie MacNeill

Leslie MacNeill (she/her) is a Senior Consultant with Feldman Daxon Partners, bringing progressive career management experience to the human capital solutions and education sectors. Her previous experience includes work primarily in large, international human capital firms/global talent mobility settings, as well as higher education.
Leslie offers a principled approach to career management centred around service excellence for clients. This ensures individuals navigating various stages of career and life transitions are supported with advanced, relevant, and strategic career solutions. Leslie provides comprehensive support to build her clients’ personal brands, including resume and LinkedIn profile optimization, job search strategies, and interview coaching.

Cindy Schinke

Cindy Schinke is a Senior Consultant at Feldman Daxon Partners, bringing over 20 years of experience in career transition, assessment, and leadership development. As a trusted partner to organizations across the financial services, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, retail, manufacturing, not-for-profit, and public sectors, she leverages a strong background to manage complex projects and maintain exceptional client relations successfully.
Cindy’s core strength lies in providing individualized career solutions through one-on-one sessions with professionals at all levels, from executives to technical staff, on comprehensive job search strategies. These strategies include customized resume development, targeted interview coaching, and strategic career planning. She also develops and facilitates impactful job search webinars and workshops, successfully empowering large groups with critical strategies for career success.

Tess Singer

Tess Singer is a Senior Consultant, Facilitator, and Executive Coach with Feldman Daxon Partners, specializing in career transition, leadership development, and group facilitation. She brings a wealth of experience in guiding professionals through change, helping them uncover their strengths, and equipping them with the tools to achieve their next chapter with confidence. Known for her inclusive, client-centred approach, Tess blends career strategy with practical insights to create impactful coaching and facilitation experiences.
Her career spans global advertising agencies, where she held progressive account management and client service roles, as well as leadership positions in start-up environments and organizational learning. This background gives her a unique ability to partner with clients, understand complex business needs, and design solutions that strike a balance between organizational goals and individual growth. Tess is also skilled in facilitating workshops, building talent development programs, and applying psychometric tools, including Hogan, MBTI, and 360° assessments.
Tess holds a diploma in Assaulted Women and Children’s Counselling from George Brown College, studied psychology at the University of Ottawa, and completed adult education coursework at Brock University. She is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) through the International Coaching Federation (ICF), holds a Group Facilitation Methods IP certification from ICA Associates Inc., and is completing certification as an Emotional Health Practitioner through Trent University.
Beyond her consulting practice, Tess contributes to her community through arts and education. She serves on local arts boards, performs with the Prince Edward Community Theatre, and works with the Prince Edward Learning Centre, supporting adult learners in workforce development and career advancement.
Catherine Thorburn

Her expertise spans career transition consulting, change management, executive coaching, and, more recently, positive intelligence consulting.
Widely recognized by her clients as an expert in career and leadership development, Catherine has worked with professionals at every level, from C-suite executives to entrepreneurs and emerging leaders. Her work focuses on leadership and talent development, career transition, transformational change, process improvement, and performance management. She is known for balancing accountability with support, guiding individuals and teams through transformation, coach training, and the design and implementation of talent management programs that drive engagement and results.
Catherine holds an MBA, undergraduate degrees in Economics and Labour Studies, and certifications in Change Management, Facilitative Leadership, and Positive Intelligence coaching. She is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coach Federation, a certified Life Coach under Martha Beck, and the author of Let Go? Let’s Go!, a practical guide for those navigating job loss and career transition. Catherine has also served on the board of the International Coach Federation’s Toronto chapter for three years.
Salina Williams
Senior Consultant
Salina Williams is a Senior Consultant with Feldman Daxon Partners. She has over 20 years of experience in talent development, working with professionals and leaders from both the government and private sectors. She has an extensive background in partnering with organizations to provide executive coaching, leadership assessment, and career management. She brings transformational thinking through her keen organizational and personal insight, curiosity, active listening, effective dialogue, and courageous conversations.
Salina has extensive experience coaching professionals to enhance executive presence, manage change and organizational complexity, increase confidence, improve communication, develop a strategic vision, and align their team’s talent to achieve outstanding performance goals. Salina also has a strong background supporting professionals and leaders through significant career transitions.
Salina’s career history includes progressive consulting roles with leading global professional services firms, such as KPMG, founding and running her own leadership development business, and working as a Senior Executive Search Consultant in downtown Toronto, focusing on the financial services sector.
Salina holds a Master’s of Adult Education (M.Ed.), specializing in Organizational Behaviour and Counselling Psychology. She is certified in numerous assessments, including the LEA 360, the Birkman Method, DiSC, and the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator. Salina holds the Associate Certified Coach (ACC) designation with the International Coach Federation.
Kelly Cline
Executive Search Consultant
Kelly Cline is an Executive Search Consultant with Feldman Daxon Partners, bringing nearly 20 years of recruitment experience across a range of industries, including finance and accounting, engineering, manufacturing, and the public sector. Over the past three years, she’s played a key role in Feldman Daxon Partners’ national search practice, with a strong focus on delivering strategic, high-impact hires, particularly within the public sector.
Kelly is a recruiter through and through. Focused, insightful, and committed to finding the right fit for both clients and candidates. She’s known for her ability to build strong relationships, understand complex organizational needs, and consistently deliver results. Her approach is rooted in professionalism, market insight, and a genuine passion for helping organizations grow through great people.
In addition to her core search work, Kelly leads Feldman Daxon Partners’ webinar on tackling tough interview questions and conducts mock interviews to help those in career transition show up with clarity and confidence. While recruitment is her primary focus, she brings added value by supporting individuals at key moments in their careers. She’s not just filling roles; she’s helping clients build stronger teams and long-term success.
Kelly has an honours diploma in Human Resource Management and has received several awards throughout her career in recruitment, including President’s Club, Brand Ambassador, and Rookie of the Year.
Marty Greenaway
Executive Search Consultant
Marty Greenaway proudly joined the Feldman Daxon Team in 2018 as an executive search consultant, where he provides support and research for the team with high level of detail and tenacity. Prior to joining the firm, Marty was a recruiter and account executive at S.i. Systems, one of Canada’s largest contingent IT recruitment agencies. His work focused on the major Canadian pension funds for S.i’s National Financial Sector where he specialized in bringing a strong client-focused approach to his work. With exposure to athletics, hospitality, recruiting and client management Marty has developed skills that are adaptable and applicable to the executive search world.
His humility, drive and passion for helping others has allowed for him to excel in this line of work. Marty graduated from the University of Western Ontario in 2013 with Bachelor of Arts Degree majoring in History. He is a five-time (and counting) Ride to Conquer Cancer participant and also raises money yearly for SickKids Hospital through Bike2Play.
Sarah DeGrace
Client Services Manager
Sarah DeGrace (she/her) is a Client Services Manager with Feldman Daxon Partners. Since joining the firm in 2013, she has played a central role in supporting and coordinating full-cycle assignments across all practice areas, including executive search, career transition, leadership development, coaching, and assessment. Known for her clear communication, attention to detail, and collaborative approach, Sarah oversees the client services team and contributes to proposal development, brand management, financial administration, and large-scale project coordination.
Before joining Feldman Daxon, Sarah spent five years with a major human capital firm as part of the career solutions team, where she helped deliver innovative and client-focused results. Earlier in her career, she held senior coordinator roles in marketing and communications within non-profit and public sector organizations.
Sarah attended York University and Humber College, graduating with honours from Humber’s Public Relations program and receiving the Argyle Communications Award for excellence in writing. She has also completed courses in diversity recruiting, conflict management, and various technology tools.
Amanda Dobbie
Client Services Coordinator
Amanda Dobbie joined Feldman Daxon in 2020 as a member of the Client Services team. She came to us from a large, international human capital firm, bringing an extensive background in project management and client services. She has coordinated multi-module international leadership programs, as well as development and coaching programs for up to 100 participants, team-building programs for executive and C-suite level management, and a range of assessments. Alongside her project management work, she also works as an Instructional producer for virtual workshops and seminars, ensuring a successful and interactive session for participants. She provides dedicated support to the consulting team in all areas of client and operational services.
Prior to her work in the human capital field, she also worked in non-profit, culinary, and financial sectors. Her empathetic approach keeps the client as the focus and creates a positive experience.
Amanda holds a Bachelor of Recreation Management degree from Acadia University and a post-graduate certificate in Sport and Event Marketing from George Brown College. She is a certified chef and a graduate of The George Brown Chef School. Most recently, she has completed project management courses through the University of Toronto.
Florie Alhiraki
Client Services Coordinator and Receptionist
Florie is a Client Services Coordinator and Receptionist with Feldman Daxon Partners. Since joining the firm in 2017, Florie has maintained a client-focused approach while delivering high quality administrative support for both clients and colleagues. Florie takes great pride in being the voice of Feldman Daxon and facilitates a welcoming and professional reception area for the firm’s guests. She lends administrative and project support to staff and partners and works closely with clients to ensure they are supported. She is a natural communicator and an organized planner providing an exceptional customer experience for internal and external clients at all professional levels. She values accuracy and has solidified a reputation for meeting competing timelines simultaneously. Florie brings a diverse background of experience to the team, supporting an array of initiatives from expertly managing the needs of participants and scheduling and managing staff calendars, to organizing small- and large-scale events and troubleshooting challenges as they arise, calmly and in real-time.
Florie has a diploma in Office Administration from Trinidad & Tobago and a Travel and Tourism diploma from the International Institute of Travel (Toronto).
