Sarah DeGrace, Client Services Manager

Sarah DeGrace is a Client Services Manager with Feldman Daxon Partners. Sarah joined the team in 2013 after providing collaborative processes and innovative results at a large human capital firm as a member of the career solutions team for five years. Prior to her experience in HR consulting, she spent several years in senior coordinator roles in marketing and communications for non-profit and public sector organizations.

Sarah’s extensive background in project management, communications, customer service, and administration lends itself well to driving and supporting full-cycle assignments across all three practice areas in the organization: executive search, career transition, and leadership coaching and assessment. She has successfully coordinated the delivery of dozens of retained searches in support of our search partner and managing director, along with providing business development support to the partners and BD team. Sarah also works with the consulting team to provide solutions and support to clients in career transition, including program management, and career advice and assistance. Her management responsibilities also include administrative support services, proposal generation and brand management, financial administration, and database management.

Sarah attended York University and Humber College. She is an honours graduate of the public relations program at Humber and was the recipient of the Argyle Communications award for excellence in writing.
