Salina Williams is a Senior Consultant with Feldman Daxon Partners. She has over 20 years of talent development experience working with leaders from all levels of government and the private sector. She has an extensive background in partnering with organizations to provide executive coaching, leadership assessment, and career management. She brings transformational thinking through her keen organizational and personal insight, curiosity, active listening, effective dialogue, and courageous conversations.
Salina has specialized in coaching and assessment of high potential leaders and their successful integration into new roles. Salina helps leaders to soar to the next level by coaching them to enhance their executive presence, manage change and organizational complexity, increase confidence, improve communication, develop strategic vision and align the talent on their team to achieve outstanding performance goals.
Salina’s career history includes progressive consulting roles with leading global professional services firms, founding and running her own leadership development business, SWilliams Leadership, and working with the International financial community in downtown Toronto as a Senior Executive Search Consultant. Salina holds a Master of Adult Education, M.Ed., Organizational Behaviour and Counselling Psychology, and is certified in numerous assessments including LEA 360, The Birkman Method®, Hogan, DISC, Myers-Briggs Type Indicator®, and FIRO B. She is also a member of the Toronto Organizational Development Network, and is currently completing her ACC designation with the International Coach Federation.
