President and Managing Partner
As the Owner, President, and Managing Partner of Feldman Daxon Partners, Corey possesses a unique full-cycle talent management skillset and has successfully helped leading organizations across the country “recruit, rebrand, and retain” their top talent since 1994. Corey’s approachable style and drive allow him to grow and maintain strong and long-lasting partnerships with leaders at Canada’s top companies across a variety of industries including healthcare, retail, telecom, finance, government, non-profit, manufacturing, pharma, and more.
Corey is also a hands-on leader and contributor to the firm, having successfully completed critical, high-value management and executive searches in every major industry and functional area, focusing on uncovering hidden talent and rising stars. His in-depth understanding of search strategy, attention to detail, and personable persistence led to his rise within the Canadian recruitment field. He has managed both national and local executive outplacement and career transition projects, including individual management terminations and multiple-site, large scale terminations. His experience includes pre-termination counselling, job search and career counselling services, where he has acted as a trusted advisor to executives navigating through sensitive transitions. Corey has also worked with national clients to facilitate coaching programs using Feldman Daxon’s “Define, Assess & M.O.V.E.” methodology.
Corey holds an MBA and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Schulich School of Business at York University, where he majored in both Marketing and Organizational Behaviour. He has volunteered services to a variety of not-for-profit organizations through Feldman Daxon’s Annual Charitable search program, and he actively coaches youth sports.
Ron Meyers is a Partner with Feldman Daxon Partners. Prior to joining the firm in 1993, Ron began his successful career as a professional search consultant with a Toronto-based management consulting firm. A true pioneer, he helped to design and implement one of Canada’s earliest career transition counselling programs.
Ron’s dedicated leadership in the areas of business development, career transition coaching, and executive search provide customers and clients with supportive and responsive service. Ron and his team provide career transition counselling and executive coaching to a diverse range of clients at all career levels in retail, distribution, education, healthcare, financial services, mining, manufacturing, medical, food services, communications, and not-for-profit sectors. Ron is often a hands-on contributor to the full recruitment cycle for our executive search practice, leveraging his strong network and passion for engaging individuals to recruit top talent for many of Canada’s leading organizations.
Ron is married with three sons. He is an avid squash player, scuba diver, and plays a bass drum in an alumni rudimental drum line.
Patrick Rowan is a Partner with Feldman Daxon Partners and joined us in 2002 as a retained executive search consultant. Working closely with his research and support team, he personally executes every search with a high attention to detail and service to clients and candidates. He has successfully completed more than 200 retained searches across Canada for clients in the private, public and not for profit sectors, and he has an extensive track record in executive recruitment for municipal and provincial governments in Ontario and Nova Scotia.
Prior to joining our firm, Patrick worked in business development for IBM Canada, Johnson & Johnson, ITI Information Technology Institute and EXOCOM Consulting. He has leveraged his business and marketing experience to develop a diverse portfolio of clients and completed assignments, and a highly successful recruiting process. Patrick has an MBA from Dalhousie University and a Bachelor of Science degree with Honours from Saint Mary’s University in Halifax, Nova Scotia. He lives in Oakville, Ontario.
Anne Kerrigan Miller
Vice President, Strategic Accounts
Anne Kerrigan Miller is Vice President, Strategic Accounts for Feldman Daxon Partners, ensuring our customer solutions are integrated and aligned to our customers’ needs.
Prior to joining Feldman Daxon Partners, Anne was Senior Vice President of Business Development and Major Account Strategy for Lee Hecht Harrison – Knightsbridge Human Capital Management. Anne has held senior executive positions with The Bank of Montreal where she led the team accountable for the overall effectiveness of the sales force in support of bank values and strategies. Prior to the Bank of Montreal, Anne was Director of Executive Development, Sales and Service Management with Xerox Canada Inc. Anne’s career with Xerox Canada began in 1978 and spanned 20 years. Her accountabilities included top talent management, succession planning and Xerox’ Performance Management Appraisal Process. Anne has strong past performance in both line operations and staff positions. She has significant sales / marketing and organization development experience with a proven track record in building customer first sales and service organizations focused on improving the bottom line. Anne was an eight-time winner of Xerox’s President Club which recognized the top 10% Sales Professionals. She was a winner of BMO’s President’s Award of Excellence and three-time winner of LHH-Knightsbridge’s diamond awards.
Vice President, Business Development
David Tollefson is a Vice President and serves as an Executive Coach with Feldman Daxon Partners. As a seasoned executive, David is best known for his level of integrity, as a trusted advisor and relationship builder. His 30 years of experience in general management (as a business owner), leadership (serving as the president of an international association of human capital firms), and people-related service (as a coach, counsellor, minister and college professor), brings experience, expertise and credibility.
David’s passion for service and his ability to make a difference has been appreciated by countless organizations across Canada as well as the people they employ. His primary focus is partnering with client companies, assisting them as they look to hire key staff, as well as supporting them when they are required to exit employees. David is also actively engaged in coaching high-potentials and key contributors in the development of their leadership skills and over-all business contributions.
David earned two undergraduate degrees and a masters degree in Psychology and Counselling. He received his coaching training through the International Coaching Federation’s Coaches Training Institute, has a designation as an Associate Certified Coach with ICF (International Coach Federation) and is certified in the Birkman Method.
Wendy Campbell is a Principal with Feldman Daxon Partners, providing expertise in career counselling and executive coaching. Throughout her career in human resources, she has leveraged a varied business background with a client focus to support all levels of employees across a broad industry base, including healthcare, not-for-profit, energy, retail, and communications. She has also used her expertise in management assessment, recruitment, compensation, and training and development to provide management consulting for many organizations in both the public and private sectors.
As a career transition professional, Wendy has a proven track record of assisting numerous individuals, who are either in transition or undergoing a career change, achieve success during their job search. As an executive coach she has helped organizations optimize their key talent by coaching leaders to increase performance through greater accountability and achieve higher levels of effectiveness.
Wendy holds an M.A. in Sociology from the University of Western Ontario and an Honours BA in Economics from Queen’s University. Her passion for ongoing learning led her to attain a Coaching in the Workplace certification through the Adler Institute, and the Certified Human Resource Professional (CHRP) designation. In addition to her involvement with the Association of Career Professionals International and the Human Resource Professional Association of Ontario, Wendy is an avid volunteer for a number of community organizations.
Katherine is a Principal and Talent Management Practice Leader with Feldman Daxon Partners. She has over 20 years of human resources experience with expertise in career transition consulting, executive coaching, and career assessments. Her previous business experience includes progressive management positions with a global professional services firm and Consultant positions in Health Care and Education both in the US and Canada.
Over the course of her career, Katherine has established a reputation for her market insights and career management knowledge to equip people for success through all phases of their career transition. She has a passion for assisting leaders with strategies to intelligently navigate through corporate challenges and changes resulting in greater performance levels and improved effectiveness.
Katherine received a Master of Arts in Psychology from Chicago’s Adler University and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Waterloo. She holds the Certified Management Consultant (CMC) designation and received her Associate Certified Coach (ACC) designation through the ICF accredited Coaches Training Institute. She is a certified practitioner of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, Strong Interest Inventory, the LEA, Hogan, and The Birkman Method. She is a member of the Greater Toronto Area Chapter of the International Coach Federation and an active volunteer with numerous community-based organizations including The Mentoring Partnership and Women in Leadership.
Patricia Bexis is a Senior Consultant with Feldman Daxon Partners. She proudly joined the Feldman Daxon team of consultants in 2014 after a successful history in her previous roles within HR firms across both corporate and non-profit organizations. She is a client-focused, big-picture thinker who supports internal and external clients. Patricia is passionate about connecting with HR professionals to build solutions tailored to their needs in the areas of Career Transition, Recruitment and Talent Management.
With exposure to both private and public sectors, Patricia has developed in-depth knowledge of coaching and counselling methodologies that are adaptable and applicable to diverse audiences across multiple levels. She has successfully recruited great candidates and has paired them with organizations for long term success by thoroughly understanding the needs of the client and background of all candidates.
As a Birkman Certified practitioner, Patricia works with transitioning individuals not only to provide valuable insight but to also support the development process. Patricia holds a Career Work Counselling designation from George Brown College and is currently in the final stages of completing a Bachelor of Professional Arts degree with a major in Communications.
David is a Senior Consultant and Executive Coach working in the talent management and career transition services and practices at Feldman Daxon Partners. He has over 12 years of executive coaching and career transition success with established and emerging leaders from C-Level, to senior Canadian executives and management level. His previous business experience includes leadership positions with some of the largest global consumer packaged goods and pharmaceutical companies.
As an Executive Coach, David has been a trusted ally to leaders as they navigate the complex, competitive and disruptive business landscape. He is an insightful observer, a curious listener and courageous in his pursuit of best practices for his clients. As a career transition practitioner, David has provided the full spectrum of career transition services and is sought after as a speaker and facilitator on networking, career management, and transition.
David received his PCC, Professional Certified Coach designation from the International Coach Federation and received the ACPC, Adler Certified Professional Coach training from the Adler Graduate Professional School in Toronto. He is certified in the LEA 360 assessment tool and works with numerous assessments including Birkman, Hogan, MBTI and EQ. He holds an Honours Bachelor of Commerce from the Odette School of Business at the University of Windsor and a BA from Queen’s University.
Gord Brandt is a Senior Consultant with Feldman Daxon Partners. His expertise is evenly focused on our three practices of career transition, executive search, and executive coaching. Gord brings over 25 years of experience in human resources management in a variety of industries including retail, telecommunications, and financial services. In his most recent roles, Gord has held the position of senior vice president, head of human resources for a Canadian bank owned investment dealer, a publicly traded financial services holding company, and a large Canadian pension plan.
Throughout his career in corporate HR, Gord has developed a skill set that includes employee counselling and executive coaching at all levels, ranging from junior, entry level employees to more seasoned Canadian executives and CEOs. Gord also has extensive experience working with boards of directors of public companies where he provided education, training, and counselling to select board members. As an executive search consultant, Gord has executed many search assignments for a wide variety of clients in many industry sectors and at varying levels.
Gord has a Bachelor of Applied Arts degree from Ryerson University, and he subsequently obtained his Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) designation. Gord has worked on several Boards of Directors including the board of directors of a well-known independent school in Toronto where he recently completed a two term, six year, senior level coaching assignment focusing on performance enhancement and effective communication skills. Gord is passionate about his family and lives with his wife and two children in Toronto.
Karen Hoffman is a Senior Consultant and Executive Coach with Feldman Daxon Partners. She brings over 10 years’ experience supporting, advising, and partnering with transitioning individuals from diverse backgrounds in both the not-for-profit and private sectors. Karen applies coaching and counselling principals while collaborating with senior leaders, directors and managers, helping individuals explore, target, and achieve personal and professional growth.
Karen facilitates highly engaging seminars and is passionate about possibilities and the development of individual potential. Backed by progressive experience in HR consulting firms, Karen has well-developed strengths in team building, talent management, workplace restoration, career planning, transition, exploration, facilitation and assessments.
As a life-long learner, Karen continues to develop professionally. She received her coach training through the International Coach Federation’s accredited Coaches Training Institute. Karen holds an honours diploma in Career and Work Counselling and has over 10 years of study in Psychology. She is currently completing a certificate in Adult Learning Principles and has reached Level 5 in American Sign Language studies. As an assessment enthusiast, Karen is a certified practitioner in Myers Briggs Type Indicator (Levels I & II), Strong Interest Inventory, and Personality Dimensions. She is also a member of the Career Professionals of Canada and is a certified resume strategist. Karen gives back to the community by supporting recent graduates and young professionals as they embark on their journey into a competitive workforce.
Sandy Johnson is a Senior Consultant and Executive Coach with Feldman Daxon Partners. Sandy brings a diverse professional background including leadership roles in the private sector combined with a successful entrepreneurial venture serving the advertising community. Her willingness to try new directions and take calculated professional risks provides real life perspective to both established and emerging leaders.
Offering career strategy guidance, she’s contributed to forbes.com and The Globe & Mail and has been featured in The Globe, Metro News and Tara Mohr’s bestselling book, Playing Big. Sandy is also a sought-after speaker and has delivered her insights about the changing landscape of career transition to the National Judicial Institute, The Chang School at Ryerson and University of Toronto, Faculty of Law.
An avid athlete and adventure seeker, Sandy summited Mount Kilimanjaro, competed in six marathons including Boston, and claimed her age group award in Race the Planet’s 250km unaided race in the Sahara Desert. She applies the same zest to her business, encouraging her clients to embrace new experiences incorporating their special gifts into their professional lives.
Sandy is a graduate of Ryerson University, where she earned a BAA in Radio and Television Arts and holds the Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential from the International Coaching Federation. She is a current member of the ICF and has served as a Board Member with the Toronto Chapter.
Lydia Laughlin is a Senior Consultant with Feldman Daxon Partners. She has over 10 years of human capital solution experience with expertise in career transition and career management. Her previous business experience includes working in recruitment for a global Employee Assistance Program.
Over the course of her career, Lydia has established a reputation for helping clients find alternative and effective methods of getting noticed in today’s competitive marketplace. Lydia has worked with global clients on career transition and career management goals and with a focus on resume development and optimization, creating marketing and branding strategies, developing job search strategies and interview coaching. Lydia specializes in the utilization of social media for both career transition and management which includes social media strategy, profile optimization and effective utilization of social media for job search.
Lydia has completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Guelph and an Honours Diploma in Career and Work Counselling. Lydia is certified by the Institute of Career Certification International (ICCI) as a Career Management Associate.
Cindy Schinke is a Senior Consultant with Feldman Daxon Partners. She is an established and experienced career transition consultant whose work history is complemented with a background in assessment and project management. Cindy joined the firm after working for over 13 years at a national human capital solutions organization, and has worked with companies in a wide range of industries, including financial services, pharmaceuticals, healthcare, retail, not-for-profit, and public sector.
Cindy’s key strengths include creating insightful dialogue during assessment debriefs and linkages into developmental opportunities, and conducting engaging and meaningful employee interviews and focus groups. She is known for successfully managing complex projects and exceptional client relations. Cindy is experienced in working with career transition participants from director to professional/technical levels assisting them in overall job search strategies including resume development, interview coaching, and individualized career solutions. Cindy is passionate about working with individuals on a 1:1 basis and has extensive experience designing and facilitating interactive workshops and seminars including team effectiveness and workplace restoration.
Cindy is a certified user of the Birkman Method assessment, Everything DiSC, and the Leadership Effectiveness Analysis 360 assessment. With a background in biochemical technology, Cindy has also worked with board members at the Starfish Foundation in a strategic planning process on a volunteer basis. She is a volunteer with Junior Achievement of Central Ontario’s powerful ESIS: Economics for Success program, which empowers students with increased financial literacy to make more informed decisions regarding their future. Cindy is a member of the Career Professionals of Canada and is a certified resume strategist.
Catherine is a Senior Consultant and Executive Coach with Feldman Daxon Partners. She has over seven years of working as an executive coach and more than 20 years of Human Resources experience within several industry sectors including: manufacturing, government, travel, engineering, consulting, energy and service. Her areas of expertise include career transition consulting, change management, executive coaching and more recently mindfulness consulting.
Known by her clients to be an expert in career and executive coaching, Catherine has worked with executives within the C-Suite, through to entry-level managers and Entrepreneurs on leadership and talent development, career transition, transformational change, process improvement and performance management. She holds people accountable for their actions.
Some of the projects Catherine has undertaken have involved individual and team transformations, coach training and the implementation of an entire talent management program that helped support employee engagement.
Catherine holds an MBA and two undergraduate degrees in Economics and Labour Studies plus a certificate in Change Management, Facilitative Leadership, and Coaching. She received her Associate Certified Coach (ACC) designation through the International Coach Federation accredited PeopleDynamics Learning Group Inc., and has studied under Dr. Martha Beck, a Harvard Business graduate and bestselling author. Catherine is a member of the International Coach Federation and has served as a member of its board for its Toronto chapter for three years. She is also a member of the Human Resources Professionals Association (HRPA) and holds her CHRL designation.
Salina Williams is a Senior Consultant and Executive Coach with Feldman Daxon Partners. She has over 20 years of talent development experience working with leaders from all levels of government and the private sector. She has an extensive background in partnering with organizations to provide executive coaching, leadership assessment, and career management. She brings transformational thinking through her keen organizational and personal insight, curiosity, active listening, effective dialogue, and courageous conversations.
Salina has specialized in coaching and assessment of high potential leaders and their successful integration into new roles. Salina helps leaders to soar to the next level by coaching them to enhance their executive presence, manage change and organizational complexity, increase confidence, improve communication, develop strategic vision and align the talent on their team to achieve outstanding performance goals.
Salina’s career history includes progressive consulting roles with leading global professional services firms, founding and running her own leadership development business, SWilliams Leadership, and working with the International financial community in downtown Toronto as a Senior Executive Search Consultant. Salina holds a Master of Adult Education, M.Ed., Organizational Behaviour and Counselling Psychology, and is certified in numerous assessments including LEA 360, The Birkman Method®, Hogan, DISC, Myers-Briggs Type Indicator®, and FIRO B. She is also a member of the Toronto Organizational Development Network, and is currently completing her ACC designation with the International Coach Federation.
Executive Search Consultant
Marty Greenaway proudly joined the Feldman Daxon Team in 2018 as an executive search consultant, where he provides support and research for the team with high level of detail and tenacity. Prior to joining the firm, Marty was a recruiter and account executive at S.i. Systems, one of Canada’s largest contingent IT recruitment agencies. His work focused on the major Canadian pension funds for S.i’s National Financial Sector where he specialized in bringing a strong client-focused approach to his work. With exposure to athletics, hospitality, recruiting and client management Marty has developed skills that are adaptable and applicable to the executive search world.
His humility, drive and passion for helping others has allowed for him to excel in this line of work. Marty graduated from the University of Western Ontario in 2013 with Bachelor of Arts Degree majoring in History. He is a five-time (and counting) Ride to Conquer Cancer participant and also raises money yearly for SickKids Hospital through Bike2Play.
Client Services Manager
Sarah DeGrace is a Client Services Manager with Feldman Daxon Partners. Sarah joined the team in 2013 after providing collaborative processes and innovative results at a large human capital firm as a member of the career solutions team for five years. Prior to her experience in HR consulting, she spent several years in senior coordinator roles in marketing and communications for non-profit and public sector organizations.
Sarah’s extensive background in project management, communications, customer service, and administration lends itself well to driving and supporting full-cycle assignments across all areas of the organization: executive search, career transition, leadership development, coaching, and assessment. She has successfully coordinated the delivery of dozens of retained searches in support of our search partner, along with providing business development support to the partners and BD team. A clear communicator with exceptional attention to detail, Sarah also works with the coaching and counselling teams to provide solutions and support to clients in career transition and leaders receiving coaching and assessment services, including program management and career advice and assistance. Her management responsibilities also include overseeing and collaborating with the client services team, proposal generation and brand management, financial administration, coordinating large-scale projects and events, and database management.
Sarah attended York University and Humber College. She is an honours graduate of the public relations program at Humber and was the recipient of the Argyle Communications award for excellence in writing. She has also completed courses in a variety of technology tools and conflict management.
Client Services Coordinator
Amanda Dobbie joined Feldman Daxon in 2020 as a member of the Client Services team. She came to us from a large, international human capital firm, bringing an extensive background in project management and client services. She has coordinated multi-module, international leadership programs; multi-module development and coaching programs for up to 100 participants; team building programs for executive and C-suite level management; and a range of assessments. Along side her project management work, she also works as an Instructional Producer for virtual workshops and seminars, ensuring a successful and interactive session for participants. She provides dedicated support to the consulting team in all areas of client and operational services. Previous to her work in the human capital field she has also worked in non-profit, culinary, and financial sectors. Her empathetic approach keeps the client as the focus and creates a positive experience.
Amanda holds a Bachelor of Recreation Management from Acadia University, a post-graduate certificate in Sport and Event Marketing from George Brown College, and is a certified chef and gradate of The George Brown Chef School. Most recently, she has completed project management courses through The University of Toronto.
Reception and Client Services Coordinator
Florie is a Client Services Coordinator and Receptionist with Feldman Daxon Partners. Since joining the firm in 2017, Florie has maintained a client-focused approach while delivering high quality administrative support for both clients and colleagues. Florie takes great pride in being the voice of Feldman Daxon and facilitates a welcoming and professional reception area for the firm’s guests. She lends general administrative and project support to staff and partners and works closely with clients to ensure they are supported. She is a natural communicator and an organized planner providing an exceptional customer experience for internal and external clients at all professional levels. She values accuracy and has solidified a reputation for meeting competing timelines simultaneously. Florie brings a diverse background of experience to the team, supporting an array of initiatives from expertly managing the needs of participants and scheduling and managing staff calendars, to organizing small- and large-scale events and trouble-shooting challenges as they arise, calmly and in real-time.
Florie has a diploma in Office Administration from Trinidad & Tobago and a Travel and Tourism diploma from the International Institute of Travel (Toronto).
