Charitable Search Program
An executive search focused on attracting top level senior talent is donated to a charitable organization. The chosen charity benefits from our seasoned search team, extensive network and the experience gained from over 25 years of executive search.
Employee Volunteer Time Off Policy
Feldman Daxon Partners actively supports opportunities for employees to get involved in traditional community service and pro-bono volunteering. Our Volunteer Time-Off program allows employees to take up to 16 hours of time off with pay each calendar year, focused into two working days.
