Karen Hoffman is a Senior Career Transition Consultant and Executive Coach with Feldman Daxon Partners. She brings over 10 years’ experience supporting, advising and partnering with transitioning individuals from diverse backgrounds in both the not-for-profit and private sectors. Karen applies coaching and counselling principals while collaborating with senior leaders, directors and managers, helping individuals explore, target, and achieve personal and professional growth. Karen gives back to the community by supporting recent graduates and young professionals as they embark on their journey into a competitive workforce.

Backed by progressive experience in HR consulting firms, Karen has well-developed strengths in team building, talent management, workplace restoration, career planning, transition, exploration, facilitation and assessments.
Karen is a life-long learner and continues to consistently develop professionally. She is coach-trained in accordance with ICF guidelines, holds an honours diploma in Career Counselling, and has over 10 years of study in Psychology. She is currently completing a certificate in Adult Learning Principles and has reached Level 5 in American Sign Language studies. As an assessment enthusiast, Karen is a certified practitioner in Myers Briggs Type Indicator (Levels I & II), Strong Interest Inventory, and Personality Dimensions.
