David Tollefson is a Vice President and serves as an Executive Coach with Feldman Daxon Partners. As seasoned executive, David is best known for his level of integrity, as a trusted advisor and relationship builder. His 30 years of experience in general management (as a business owner), leadership (serving as the president of an international association of human capital firms), and people-related service (as a coach, counsellor, minister and college professor), brings experience, expertise and credibility.
David’s passion for service and his ability to make a difference has been appreciated by countless organizations across Canada as well as the people they employ. His primary focus is partnering with client companies, assisting them as they look to hire key staff, as well as supporting them when they are required to exit employees. David is also actively engaged in coaching high-potentials and key contributors in the development of their leadership skills and over-all business contributions.
David earned two Undergraduate degrees and a Masters degree in Psychology and Counselling. He received his coaching training through the International Coaching Federation’s Coaches Training Institute, has a designation as an Associate Certified Coach with ICF (International Coach Federation and is certified in the Birkman Method®.
