We are excited to launch a great new initiative at Feldman Daxon Partners. We are offering a complimentary “HR Leaders of Tomorrow” program to the up-and-coming HR community. The program is built on nominations from human resources executives who identify HR professionals looking to continue their growth with an eye to becoming an HR executive in the future. All levels from HR business partner up to HR directors are included in the nominations.
The program will run for a full calendar year with quarterly sessions to support the career growth of the selected individuals and provide a forum for networking and information sharing with peers and other HR professionals in the field. The program will include topics such as executive presence, emotional intelligence in the workplace, LinkedIn, networking, and personal branding.
We will be accepting submissions from HR Executives that wish to nominate an HR professional in their network. We will then select a group of individuals from the nomination pool. All submissions will be held and evaluated in strict confidence. The closing date for receipt of submissions is January 20, 2023.
