Kelly is a Senior Consultant with Feldman Daxon Partners. She has over 25 years of human resources and business experience as an Executive. She has expertise in talent management practices and leadership coaching. Her prior experience includes financial services and technology, working domestically and globally.
She has strong business acumen and understands the complexities of large and small organizations. She has extensive experience in new role integration, helping individuals manage their blind spots, and executive presence. Her focus is on leveraging personal passion to achieve great levels of effectiveness.
Kelly has a Master of Business Administration from Athabasca University. She received her certified coach designation through the International Coach Federation Accredited Coaches Training Institute and, is currently completing her Professional Certified Coach (PCC) designation. She is certified in Hogan assessment tools.
She is a member of the Greater Toronto Area Chapter of the International Coach Federation. She also sits on the Board of Directors for Casey House, an HIV AIDS Hospital.
