Bernice Finley is a Principal with Feldman Daxon Partners. As a senior career transition professional with more than 20 years’ experience, she has been a partner at two different human resources consulting firms and has coached senior executives and professionals from a wide variety of functions, industries and organizations.
Bernice has a reputation for a strategic approach, a practical orientation, and a passion for her work. This reputation helps her to guide individuals in transition to work to their potential and to navigate the ever-changing work environment. In addition to career transition her background includes consulting experience in the HR planning and change management practice with KPMG, several years in her own business and five years line experience in the Ontario Ministry of Health.
Bernice holds a BSc from Saint Francis Xavier University, was granted a CHRP by HRPAO and has continued life-long learning through in-depth independent studies. Bernice is passionate about giving back to the community and has volunteered at various organizations including working as a committee member at Samuel Lunenfeld Research Institute, as a mentor at the Rotman School of Business at the University of Toronto, and as a tour guide at a national historic site for Open Doors Toronto.
